Role & responsibilities

• Handling End to end recruitment by using Job Portals.
• Recruitment for various positions through various sources of recruitment.
• Monitoring the vacancy need for all the department.
• Identifying and sourcing the right candidate to match the suitable opening in the organization.
• Select the best among the pool of candidates.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and take references.
• Conducting & Taking Interviews.
• Doing Salary negotiation with the candidates.
• Preparing Salary Structure.
• Doing Employee Verification
• Follow up with the candidate till their joining.
• Daily checking of Attendance Sheet/Mail.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Handling the joining formalities of the candidates.
• Issuing Offer Letter & Company Property.
• Preparing & Sending Daily Reports.
• Maintaining monthly MIS of Recruitment, Department wise attrition level.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be excellent in written and verbal communication in English.
• Good, organized work.
• Ability of multi-tasking.

Team building ability & to work as a supportive team member.
