Job Title: Senior Executive HR
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – HR to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and HR Operations, with exposure to Indian HR practices and international HR operations. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR processes across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for India and international locations, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Conduct interviews, facilitate offer discussions, and oversee onboarding processes.

HR Business Partnering & Employee Engagement:

  • Work closely with business leaders to understand and address employee concerns and drive engagement initiatives.
  • Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development.
  • Drive employee retention strategies and culture-building initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee HR operations for both India and international locations, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies and processes.
  • Manage payroll inputs, HR analytics, and reporting for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international employment regulations where applicable.
  • Support the implementation of HRIS and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
  • Exposure to international HR operations is a must.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance for India and other locations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM / Graduate in HR or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Business Partnering.
  • Experience working with multinational teams will be an added advantage.
