HR, Executive


About The Job

As an HR Coordinator / Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and administrative activities. You will be responsible for supporting talent acquisition, employee engagement, and plant-level activities, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and ISO standards. Your ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the talent acquisition process, including interview scheduling, onboarding, and candidate management.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities to boost workplace morale.
  • Support the hiring and management of contractual labor, ensuring compliance and proper onboarding.
  • Ensure timely execution of operational tasks and liaise with other departments.
  • Manage visitors and guests, ensuring smooth check-in, hospitality, and security coordination.
  • Oversee security and canteen operations to maintain service quality and safety standards.
  • Provide administrative support for plant-level activities, including facilities management and logistics.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist in maintaining ISO:9001 standards for quality and process compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR and administrative processes.

Required skills and qualifications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT)

Education & Experience

Any graduate, MBA (preferred) with 5+ years of experience
