Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage employee data, including attendance, leave, and payroll processing.
  
• Ensure compliance with labour laws such as ESI, PF, Gratuity Act etc.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and statutory requirements.
  
• Coordinate with external vendors for audit purposes (ESIC & Labour Dept).
  
• Provide support in resolving employee grievances and queries related to employment matters.
