Factory Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• 2-7 years of experience in factory supervision or related field (assembly line management).

• Oversee daily operations of the factory, ensuring efficient production management and manpower handling.
  
• Supervise assembly line activities, monitor quality control processes, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  
• Coordinate with plant teams to optimize resource utilization, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  
• Strong understanding of cell manufacturing, farming techniques, modeling techniques for optimal production planning.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (production management).
  
• Ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., sensors) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
