Factory Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee daily production planning, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
• Manage manpower handling, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate plant operations to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Develop and implement effective shift planning strategies to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Preferred candidate profile

• anagement or related field (mechanical engineering background preferred).
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or Production/Industrial discipline from a recognized university.
• Proven track record of success in Printing Press factory administration, manufacturing management, plant management, production management, or similar roles.
