Factory Manager / plant head/ Factory Incharge

Summary

Candidate is responsible for the overall production. He oversees the entire production of bespoke and readymade line and coordinates to ensure smooth functioning between buyers, stores and production units.

Role & responsibilities

• He ensures that the quality and timelines are met.
• He is responsible for the overall production planning of the bespoke and Readymade section
• He ensures that the over all production is balanced for the target output
• Responsible for cost control of different department within the factory.
• He coordinates with the buyers/ stores and sort out any quality issues.
• Negotiate best cost with vendors
• He ensures that the work safety and welfare of the employees.
• He inspires unit employees for better work and better motivation

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Garment manufacturing with factory management, Production supervisor & production planning control.
