Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Plan, organize, and manage the day-to-day operations of the factory to ensure that production targets are met.
Oversee the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.
Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlines and customer demands.

Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that products meet the companys standards and customer expectations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Safety and Compliance:
Ensure that all operations comply with health and safety regulations, as well as environmental standards.
Promote a culture of safety within the factory, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring that all employees are trained on safety protocols.

Maintain overall production and maintenance activity at the plant.
