5. Safety Compliance and Training:

• Develop and enforce safety protocols in the warehouse and on-site material handling.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

6. Staff Supervision and Management:

• Supervise warehouse and logistics staff, overseeing their daily activities, and ensuring efficient task execution.

• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and support as needed.

7. Documentation and Reporting:
