Factory Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for smooth operation for all functions of Unit by Commercial & Administrational.
• Handling Excise, Stores, Logistics, Purchase & Admin department.
• Liaison with Government authorities viz. Excise & Sales Tax, DIC, PPC, PDA etc.
• Conducting Excise Audits (EA-2000, CERA), Bank Audits and other statutory audits.
• Organizing MIS reports related to Excise, Inventory & logistics.
• Monitoring Statutory/Legal Records & Returns for Excise & Sales Tax purpose.
• ISO Implementation in all commercial aspect, and fulfill the required formalities in regular manners.
• Development of new vendors, sustain the existing network and managing supply chain, ensuring timely delivery.
• MonitoringInventory Control and stock reconciliation of RM and PM, Wastage & Scrap Control.
• Generating/Analyzing product costing for all Departments & Machines.
• New Vendor Development by Vendor evaluation/Vendor Audits for outsourced products.
• In-depth knowledge in project management for new plant development.
• Seeking possibilities for implementation in current ERP to improvise the work efficiency
