JD for - Factory Incharge

Job location - Ambernath

1. Will have to look after the entire production of goods - right from raw material to finished goods

2. Will have to coordinate with factory workers and leverage interdepartmental coordination to ensure goods are manufactured on time

3. Coordination with head office to ensure timely despatch of orders as per timeline set

4. Daily Scheduling & Planning

5. Checking efficiency of individual workers to ensure optimum utilisation of resources

6. Raw Material & Finished Goods Inventory Management

7. Labour Handling

8. Setting up systems to ensure smooth functioning of organisation

9. Weekly review with management

10. Overall incharge of the factory

11. Work on ERP

Required Candidate profile :----

- Should have RELEVANT work experience of working in a factory for the past 15 - 20 years

- Should be willing to work for long hours and handle pressure

- Should be able to manage a team of 100+ factory workers

- Should have worked with an ERP system before

- Should have basic excel of ERP, Email, Excel

- Should be fluent in English and Hindi. Conversational Marathi is preferred too

- Working in a warehouse is NOT relevant work experience

candidate should be with 15+ years experiance in manufacturing industry handling 150 + staff
