- To Plan, Organize, Direct and Run the Plant to exceed the expectation of the

customer in the area of

• Productivity and Yield
• Delivery Schedule Adherence
• Quality Management
• Cost Management
• Safety of Operations and Housekeeping

- To ensure Statutory Compliances

- Recruit, Train and Onboard New Employees

- Performance evaluation of Employees and make improvement to the human

resources and share a trusting relationship and inspiring ambience.

- Perform safety audits.

- Allocate resources effectively and utilize the assets to achieve optimal results

- Identify the deviations in the processes and take corrective action to close the gaps.

- Make improvement on current performances through innovation and

implementation of best practices.
