Job opening for the Plant Manager/Plant In-charge. (Location: Greater Noida, Aurangabad)

Note: We want Candidates who is from Army/Navy/Defence Background only.

Age Limit: Between 30-55.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced candidate who will be responsible for managing & oversee all daily operations of the plant and to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.

Role & responsibilities

• To coordinate with Contract manufacturers to ensure availability of materials at the plant on daily basis.
• To coordinate with Contract manufacturers to ensure availability of manpower at the plant.
• To prepare and monitor weekly production schedule.
• To conduct quality and technical checks during Biogas and Organic Fertilizer production.
• To supervise testing and trials of biogas and organic Fertilizer and ensure quality control.
• Maintaining the EBITDA Margin of the Plant as per the Financial Budget.
• A) 100% collection coverage. B) Ensuring 80% Segregated waste from House hold, C) segregation of dry waste 5TPS, D) Ensuring the production qty of Gas, Manure and Dry waste as per business case.
• Operations in compliance with SWMR and respective guidelines. Monthly/Quarterly/Annual filing of compliance reports or renewal of statutory approvals.
• Submission of Bill with all supporting documents of GNIDA.
• Recovery of tipping fees from GNIDA, Receivables from sales of Dry waste/ Manure/Oil in less than or equal to 45 days.
• Channelisation of outputs (Selling the end products such as CBG, Manure, dry waste & poly oil for available Qty).
• Ensure no lenience of any fine/penalty by GNIDA or any statutory authority.
• Collection of user fee from house hold after 1 year.
• Maintaining the EBITDA Margin of the Plant as per the Financial budget.
• Heading waste to energy integration projects, contribute towards setting up a cookie cutter model.
• Integration & Synergies to be explored and implemented within BP group.
• Sale of LFOM/FOM
• All compliance as per SWM, rule factory license and submission of returns.

Preferred candidate profile

An engineering graduate (Mechanical / Production / Chemical). The candidate should be well conversant with chemical & mechanical technicalities, commercial aspects of business, Gas production and testing, Quality & Manufacturing capable of managing people effectively and willing to use hands on the factory floor, if required.
