Responsibilities:

• Manage a high number of incoming and outgoing calls.
• Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers.
• Prepare reports and dispatch emails based on the discussions conducted during tele-calling.
• Set up appointments with potential partners and clients.
• Maintain a record of prospective leads and engage with those customers through follow-up sales presentations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Good communication skills and command of the English language
• Previous experience in a Telecaller job or similar role
• Data entry skills to complement the Tele-calling work
