Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and outbound calls of the clients
- Candidates need to interact with customers regarding their issues and note them down.
- Give training and support of ERP software and applications to our clients (schools and coaching)
- Should be able to assist the client by taking their desktop remotely through software like any desk
- Analyze, test & troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users
- Respond to customer queries by e-mail, chat, or telephone
