Job Description: Sales Trainer
As an Hyundai Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for enhancing the sales skills and knowledge of our dealership's sales team. You will design and deliver training programs focused on improving sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Training Program Development:
A) Develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to the needs of Hyundai sales professionals.
B) Create engaging training content, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources.
C) Collaborate with sales managers and department heads to identify training needs and objectives.
2.Training Delivery:
A) Conduct interactive training sessions for sales personnel, both in group settings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
B) Deliver training modules on sales processes, negotiation skills, customer relationship management, and product features.
C) Utilize role-playing exercises, simulations, and real-life scenarios to reinforce learning and skill development.
3.New Hire Onboarding:
A) Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales hires, providing them with the necessary training and resources to succeed.
B) Introduce new hires to dealership policies, procedures, and CRM systems.
C) Mentor new sales representatives and provide ongoing support during their transition period.
4.Performance Evaluation and Coaching:
A) Assess the performance of sales team members through observation, role-plays, and performance metrics analysis.
B) Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help sales professionals improve their sales techniques and achieve targets.
C) Develop action plans for underperforming sales representatives and provide personalized coaching to address areas for improvement.
5.Product Knowledge Management:
A) Stay updated on the latest Hyundai products, features, and industry trends.
B) Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our dealership's vehicle inventory, including specifications, options, and pricing.
C) Train sales team members on product knowledge, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
6.Customer Experience Enhancement:
A) Emphasize the importance of delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
B) Train sales staff on effective communication, active listening, and building rapport with customers.
C) Foster a customer-centric culture within the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
