ASM / Sales Manager

Designation: ASM / Sales Manager

Location: Pune

Experience: 7 to 12 years in vehicle sales, insurance, banking or FMCG.

Qualification: Bachelors Degree.

Age: 35 to 40 years

Role & responsibilities:

• Set and achieve sales targets for the dealership
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals
• Develop effective sales strategies that maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all vehicle brands
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales process
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
• Assist customers with financing and other purchase-related inquiries
• Monitor and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement

Requirements and skills:

Strong leadership and team building skills to motivate and develop a sales team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.

Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Bachelors Degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
