We are seeking a dynamic HR Program Manager to oversee and drive the end-to-end HR management for a critical vertical, focusing on manpower planning, sales hiring, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and business partnering. This role demands strong stakeholder engagement, expertise in bulk/volume hiring, and the ability to lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manpower Planning and Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary HR liaison for hiring managers and leadership teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and establish periodic hiring targets.
HR Program Management:
- Lead the HR program for the assigned sales vertical, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure seamless execution of HR operations, including policy adherence, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Design and implement programs to foster employee development and retention.
Bulk/Volume Sales Hiring:
- Drive high-volume recruitment for sales roles, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies and partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, ensuring efficiency, speed, and a positive candidate experience.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee and enhance the employee journey, from onboarding to exit, with a focus on engagement, performance, and development.
- Monitor attrition trends and design strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing data-driven HR solutions to meet business needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR program management roles, with exposure to volume hiring and employee lifecycle management.
- Sector Preference: BFSI/NBFC experience is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to handle large-scale hiring projects and drive results in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
