Nino Foods: Senior Manager Human Resources JD: (Full time at Lower Parel, 6 days working, 5 days in office , Sat WFH)
Nino Foods runs 30+ QSR locations across Mumbai for its 3 brands - KHA, Nino Burgers and Francesco's Pizzeria. We're backed by YC and other seasoned investors and are building brands customers love across India. We are scaling from 30 to 300 locations in the coming years and need someone who has experience running an HR department in a high growth food business which is hiring >50 people per month and who knows how to set systems and processes for 100 + locations. Role comes with above market salary and Esops and reports to the founders.
KPI's below: You will be managing a team of 4 to achieve these
Recruiting:
- Reducing the number of priority open positions by increasing top of funnel and closure rate of high-quality candidates, who are reference checked.
- Reduce attrition and track and increase number of promotions per month.
- Transfer recruiting to keka platform (software).
- Reduce monthly hiring cost by reducing dependence on agencies.
- De-centralize hiring and increase hiring & accountability of store managers.
HR Business Partner:
- Get all inductions completed and set a weekly frequency for future inductions.
- Solve keka tickets (employee issues) in under 24 hours track employee happiness at Nino Foods.
- Move uniform and medical insurance management to keka (software).
Punctual & Accurate Payroll:
- Robust onboarding and offboarding process.
- Send daily, weekly, monthly, reports to send leadership tracking key metrics.
Compliance:
- Policy Implementation.
- Appointment letters & Associated Docs management.
- Labour law compliance with external agencies.
Requirements:
- Someone super tech savy & Someone with Prior F&B Experience in HR.
- Experience as an HR role running a team (5 years+).
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases and Job portals.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
- Organizational skills.
- BSC/master's in Human Resources Management or similar field.
- 5 days work from office 10-7, Saturday WFH.
