Senior Manager - Human Resources - FMCG (3-11 yrs)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Human Resources to lead and enhance our HR operations and organizational development. The role will involve driving HR strategies, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.

- Oversee recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring a robust pipeline for critical roles.

- Design and implement programs to foster employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.

- Lead performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on career development plans.

- Create and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.

- Oversee salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits administration to remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
