Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team in Mumbai. The HRBP will play a critical role in partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with strong consulting skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters. Understand the business strategy and translate it into actionable HR initiatives.
- Talent Management: Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent needs, develop talent pipelines, and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management: Drive the performance management process, ensuring that goals are aligned with business objectives and that employees receive regular feedback and development opportunities.
- Compensation & Benefits: Work with the compensation and benefits team to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with market trends. Communicate compensation and benefits information to employees.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to business leaders. Develop and deliver HR reports as required.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, providing guidance and support to business leaders and employees.
- HR Projects: Lead and participate in HR projects, such as implementing new HR systems or programs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. MBA in HR preferred.
- 3- 6 years of progressive HRBP experience.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
