SAP BRIM Consultant (6-14 yrs)

Roles/Responsibilities :

- Responsible for planning and executing Hybris Billing BRIM CC Implementation / Integrate / Support

- Work with Customers, end users and development partners to define and assess application and technical requirements and understand the current state of technology to define opportunities that create business value

- Work with architects, developers, project managers and business personnel to define the application and technical architecture structure to ensure that the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements

- Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the technical environments

- Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.

- Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio's for the client's proposed business processes.

- Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD), Business Design Documents (BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.

- Ability to configure SAP BRIM CC module and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements.

- Strong configuration hands on experience in SAP CRM/SD modules.

- Integration of the CC module with other SAP modules like SAP-SD, CRM modules.

In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP implementation :

- Unit Testing, Cycle Testing

- Integration Testing

- User Manual Preparation

- User Support activities

- Regularly interact with the onsite team/client

- Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls

- Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client

Skills/Experience Requirements :

MUST HAVE :

- 6 to 8 years of experience in implementation/support project experience in implementing SAP BRIM CC solution to support subscription business models. He/she has strong knowledge of CC configuration and integration with SOM & CI components of SAP BRIM CC solution.

- Minimum one end-end BRIM CC implementation experience integration with SAP SD/CRM

- Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following BRIM CC.

- SAP BRIM (CC) Functional Consultant experience in implementing SAP BRIM (CC) solution to support subscription business models. He/she has strong knowledge of CC set-up and integration with SOM & CI components of SAP BRIM solution. He/she also has extensive experience in implementing SAP CRM/SD pricing functionality.

The primary responsibilities include :

- Coordinate and conduct detailed requirements gathering

- Business process design

- Gap identification and assessment

- Set-up of the SAP BRIM (CC) system

- Issue identification & escalation

- Maintain issues log, work plan, risk mitigation plan, status reports, and other relevant documents

- Provide functional specifications for RICEFW objects

- Manage the testing process, data conversion, and interfaces

- Finalize deliverables at each stage of the project

- Deliver training to trainers

- Execute the assigned tasks in the cutover plan

Familiarity on the basic business processes with the following Functional Areas :

- SAP SD pricing functionality

- SAP CRM
