SAP FICA Consultant (6-14 yrs)

Skills required :

- Proficient in FICA and ABAP

- Should have good analytical & communication skills

Exposure Required :

- Should have done implementation projects in ISU-FICA and have in-depth knowledge of FICA functionalities and their alignment with core business processes

- Should have support experience in ISU FICA and knowledge of other ISU modules

- In-depth knowledge of integration with all modules of ISU and other SAP modules like FICO, SD, etc.

- Integration with other 3rd party applications for payments, customer portal, etc.

- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective

- Prepare End user training document and provide the training to end users

- Prepare Functional specifications document and provide technical guidance to development teams

- Sort out day to day queries of end users

- Carry out Functional testing and Integration Testing

- Must have ABAP knowledge and should be able to do debugging and developments

Key Deliverables & Attributes :

- Understanding the business requirement and map it in system

- Roll out / implementation of SAP FICA module

- System configuration for main / sub, clearing, dunning by collection strategy, payments (online, offline, NACH etc), returns, refunds, correspondence, reconciliation with FICO, recovery, installment plan etc

- Carry out migration activities

- Coordination with other modules team members for integration

- Identify opportunities for Automation and implement the same

- Sort out day to day queries of end users

- Carry out Functional testing and Integration Testing

- Follow ITIL standards for application management support

- Do ABAP related developments primarily in ISU FICA area

- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others and cooperating with others

- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills

- Capable, self-motivated and confident

- Must be straight forward, reliable, respectful, self-learner

- Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness

- Capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations and undertakings
