Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture and solutions design, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive platform optimization and alignment with business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop architectural plans and strategies for the ServiceNow platform and communicate them effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with solution teams to ensure integrations align with architectural principles and business objectives.
- Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform based on departmental needs.
- Analyze and evaluate application lifecycles within the ServiceNow ecosystem and make architectural recommendations.
- Lead technical analysis, design, development, and implementation for the ServiceNow platform.
- Oversee and coordinate development and configuration tasks related to ServiceNow.
- Evaluate platform performance and recommend adjustments for optimal performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the ServiceNow domain.
- Conduct training and workshops to ensure team members and stakeholders understand platform capabilities.
- Resolve system and software issues and work collaboratively to implement effective solutions.
- Provide technical mentoring to the internal development team.
Skills and Qualifications Required :
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience : 5+ years as a solutions architect, with substantial experience managing ServiceNow platforms.
Certifications (Preferred) :
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
Technical Expertise :
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow design, development, and deployment.
- Proficiency in platform architecture, integrations, and performance optimization.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Languages : Proficiency in German is an added advantage
