Senior UX Developer - HTML/CSS/Javascript (5-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Senior UX Developer - Design Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UX design tools, strong coding skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and design efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Utilize advanced knowledge of UX design tools, particularly FIGMA, to drive design operations.

- Develop state-of-the-art, reusable components and modules using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, XML, TypeScript, JavaScript, or AngularJS.

- Create UX prototypes, mock-ups, and innovative solutions to test theories and enhance product development.

- Collaborate with UX Designers, Developers, and cross-functional product teams to ensure alignment of business goals and user needs.

- Present and communicate design ideas, strategies, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

- Train and support UX professionals and developers in efficiently utilizing the tool stack, including FIGMA, design systems, and code repositories.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

Experience : 5+ years of experience in UX design and development.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in FIGMA for design operations.

- Strong coding expertise in HTML, CSS, XML, TypeScript, JavaScript, and AngularJS.

- Experience in building prototypes and reusable UX components.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

- Ability to present ideas and strategies effectively to diverse stakeholders.
