ServiceNow Technical Architect (7-9 yrs)

Job Description :

- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a strong track record in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

- Preferred Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

- Proven expertise in domain separation and extensive knowledge of RDBMS data retrieval.

- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.

- Skilled in working collaboratively within team-oriented environments and delivering high-quality outcomes with strong attention to detail.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capability to inspire, guide, and mentor teams.

- Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with exceptional interpersonal and oral communication abilities.

- Experienced in navigating and delivering across multiple system environments with proven problem-solving skills.

Key Pointers :

- Must have experience working as Technical Architect for architecting and designing platform at enterprise level .

- Must have worked on multiple ServiceNow module like CMS, Custom App, custom Integration, SPM, HRSD, ITMS etc.

- Should have done multiple implementation projects and must know Domain separated instances, encryption , decryption.

- Should have experience in providing solutions for process standardization.

- Must have any of these certifications related to ServiceNow.
