Senior Developer - ServiceNow (3-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer specializing in PPM/SPM for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) position. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in ServiceNow SPM and 2 years of hands-on experience in PPM (Idea & Demand). The candidate will play a key role in developing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform and should possess strong expertise in Platform, ITSM, PPM, and Scripting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance ServiceNow platform solutions, including PPM and ITSM.

- Handle low and medium enhancement and development requests.

- Manage incident priorities (P2, P3, and P4 incidents).

- Create and enhance Catalog Items within the platform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- ServiceNow Platform Expertise

- ITSM

- PPM (Idea & Demand Management)

- Scripting

- Catalog Item Creation & Enhancement

Good to Have :

- Experience with ServiceNow Integration skills.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development, with at least 2 years in PPM.

- ServiceNow PPM Certification is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
