Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management earlier PPM) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the organization's Strategic Portfolio Management needs. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, SPM modules, and a proven track record of implementing effective solutions in a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design and Development :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design effective ServiceNow SPM solutions.

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, with a focus on SPM modules like Demand, Projects, Ideas, Resource Management, etc. to meet specific business needs.

- Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and ensure the scalability and performance of the developed solutions.

Strategic Portfolio Management :

- Configure and optimize ServiceNow SPM modules to support the organization's service portfolio and catalog.

- Design and implement Strategic Portfolio Workspace.

- Able to configure the cost plan management.

- SAFe related knowledge is admirable.

Integration and Automation :

- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

- Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

User Training and Support :

- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of ServiceNow SPM functionalities.

- Collaborate with the ServiceNow support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Documentation :

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to ServiceNow SPM configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Service Portfolio Management.

- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, development best practices, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script).

- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow SPM modules, including Service Catalog, Service Portfolio, and Service Level Management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Good to have Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM.

- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and SAFe is admirable.

- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
