Cyanous - ServiceNow Custom App Development - Configuration Management (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their specific needs and translate them into robust ServiceNow applications.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using ServiceNow APIs, plugins, and workflows.

- Integrate ServiceNow with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and automation.

- Configure and manage custom forms, fields, and workflows within ServiceNow.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all custom applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to custom applications.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Requirements :

- 4+ years of relevant experience developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform (experience with HR Service Delivery module a plus).

- Proven experience with ServiceNow APIs, plugins, workflows, and scripting languages (GlideScript, Javascript).

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
