SAP BRIM Consultant - CM Module (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BRIM CM (Convergent Mediation) Consultant with extensive experience in implementing and managing SAP BRIM solutions. The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing mediation processes for complex billing scenarios, ensuring seamless data flow and processing within the BRIM framework.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Implementation :

- Analyze client requirements and design scalable mediation solutions within the SAP BRIM CM module.

- Implement and configure SAP Convergent Mediation to enable accurate and efficient processing of event-based billing data.

- Develop and manage data acquisition, aggregation, transformation, and enrichment processes.

Integration & Data Flow Management :

- Integrate Convergent Mediation with upstream and downstream systems, such as Convergent Charging (CC) and Convergent Invoicing (CI).

- Ensure smooth and accurate data flow across systems to support end-to-end billing processes.

Support & Maintenance :

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for mediation-related issues.

- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.

- Manage data validation and reconciliation to ensure billing accuracy.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and customers, to align mediation solutions with business needs.

- Partner with SAP and third-party vendors to address product-related challenges.

Documentation & Training :

- Document technical configurations, workflows, and user guides.

- Train and mentor internal teams and end-users to maximize system adoption and effectiveness.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) configuration and implementation.

- Proficiency in handling large-scale, complex mediation processes and managing event data.

- Knowledge of integration points with SAP BRIM modules like Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA.

- Experience in event processing, transformation, and enrichment.

Functional Skills :

- Deep understanding of billing processes and event data models for industries such as telecom, utilities, and subscription services.

- Ability to design mediation solutions for diverse use cases, including usage-based and subscription-based billing.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP BRIM Certification or SAP Convergent Mediation Certification is a plus.

- Familiarity with S/4HANA in the context of SAP BRIM CM.

- Experience with DevOps tools and Agile project methodologies.
