eLearning Instructional Designer - Whatfix Tool (7-12 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled eLearning Instructional Designer with expertise in Whatfix to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and creating interactive digital adoption solutions and guiding end-users in effectively utilizing enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business processes, workflows, and pain points.

- Design, create, and deliver interactive Whatfix guides, walkthroughs, and other user-centric learning materials tailored to the customer's requirements.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Whatfix and advocate for best practices in its usage to ensure maximum adoption and impact.

- Review created content for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established quality standards.

- Conduct usability testing of Whatfix content and continuously improve based on feedback and performance metrics.

- Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and customer success teams, to deliver exceptional digital adoption solutions.

- Provide training and support to the customer's stakeholders and end-users on Whatfix content utilization.

- Maintain documentation and version control of all created guides and training content.

Required Skills :

- Proven expertise with Whatfix for designing and deploying digital adoption solutions.

- Strong background in eLearning instructional design, content creation, and user training.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable digital solutions.

- Familiarity with customer success strategies and methodologies.

- Experience with content review, testing, and adherence to quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.

- Certifications or training in Whatfix or similar digital adoption platforms.

- Experience working in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
