- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement People strategies that support business objectives.

- People Relations: Provide guidance and support on peer relations issues, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

- Talent Management: Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to enhance peer development and retention.

- Policies: Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and help to develop and update these as necessary.

- Training & Development: Identify training needs and work with management to develop programs that enhance people skills and career growth.

- Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce trends and metrics to anticipate and address peer needs proactively.

- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives and facilitate communication to ensure smooth transitions.

- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable workplace.
