About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to build and lead our human resources function.
- This is a hands-on role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background and a passion for creating a positive and engaging employee experience.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our company's vision and mission, ensuring a seamless and fulfilling employee journey from hiring to beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy to attract and secure top talent in a timely manner.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Onboarding: Design and implement a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture and equipped for success.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee all HR operations, including payroll processing (liaising with third-party agencies), benefits administration, employee records management, and compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- HR Policies & Processes: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the company's values and support a positive work environment.
- Culture & Employee Experience: Champion a positive and inclusive company culture, fostering employee engagement, recognition, and development.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and promote a strong sense of community.
- Employer Branding: Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, industry events, and online platforms.
- Performance Management: Implement a performance management system to set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support employee growth and development.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.
- HR Analytics: Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong Recruitment Background: Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent.

- HR Operations Expertise: Deep understanding of HR operations, compliance, and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist functions.
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus.
