Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Head at MicroMitti.
- The Human Resource Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- They will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and priorities to support business growth and success.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the fintech industry.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide coaching and support to managers to improve performance and productivity across the organization.
Training and Development:
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for professional growth and career development.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations and update HR policies and practices as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the fintech or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
