Job Summary:
The Head of Human Resources (HR) will lead and oversee the HR department to ensure the alignment of HR strategies with the company's overall business objectives. The role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in talent management, organizational development.
The Head of HR will be responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives that support the company's growth, culture, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy Development & Implementation:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
- Lead initiatives related to organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process to ensure the attraction of top talent.
- Develop and implement talent management and retention strategies.
- Lead performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
Employee Relations & Culture:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the company's values.
- Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution effectively.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Learning & Development:
- Develop and implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Promote continuous learning and development within the organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Design and oversee the implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure that compensation strategies support the attraction and retention of top talent.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the management of HR-related risks and the implementation of policies to mitigate these risks.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high levels of performance and professional growth.
- Promote a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 18-20 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies in a dynamic business environment.
