Role: Project Manager - Construction Project Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Support and manage client relationships to transform construction operations.

- Project Coordination: Understand client projects, processes, and plans to tailor solutions.

- Product Implementation: Set up and deploy the company's product according to client needs.

- Training & Support: Train client teams on product usage and provide ongoing assistance.

- Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison for client queries, issues, and escalations.

- Data Analysis: Analyze project data to offer insights that accelerate construction timelines.

- Case Studies: Create reports to showcase the product's impact on client projects.

- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve the product and share with the product team.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality software delivery and timely completion of project milestones.

- Sales Support: Provide product demos to assist the sales team in securing deals.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA/PGDM, both from Tier 1 colleges.

- Experience: Minimum of 4 years, including hands-on work on construction sites (preferably roads, metro, or buildings).

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (or similar tools) for analysis and dashboards, plus experience with project management software.

- Presentation Skills: Ability to create high-quality client presentations.
