Job Summary:
The Senior Vice President of the CEO's Office will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the company, from ideation to successful execution. This role will support the CEO in high-level decision-making and lead key strategic initiatives across multiple areas of the business. The role also involves providing executive support in board meetings and managing key projects to ensure organizational growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning:
- Partner with the CEO to define, communicate, and implement the company's long-term strategic vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to develop actionable business strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth, market entry, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee and manage strategic initiatives, ensuring they are executed on schedule, within scope, and in line with the company's overall objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior management team, providing insights and recommendations to drive organizational success.
Financial Strategy & Analysis:
- Lead the development and maintenance of sophisticated financial models to guide executive decision-making.
- Provide financial analysis and actionable insights to the CEO and executive team, enabling informed decisions on business direction, investments, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and business forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate objectives.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):
- Lead and manage the full M&A lifecycle, including target identification, financial due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and post-acquisition integration.
- Work closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure the smooth execution of all M&A transactions.
- Develop and implement integration strategies that maximize value creation from acquisitions.
Executive Support & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO, senior executives, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business priorities.
- Provide high-level support to the CEO in managing their schedule, meetings, travel, and other executive functions.
- Travel globally with the CEO to represent the company at key meetings, conferences, and negotiations.
- Prepare materials and strategic presentations for board meetings, executive reviews, and key stakeholder communications.
Governance & Policy Development:
- Work closely with the CEO and the board of executives to develop and implement corporate strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Assist in the formulation of long-term organizational strategies that drive business growth and sustainability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA in Finance or Strategy preferred.
- 14-18 years of experience in strategic planning, investment banking, private equity, or business consulting.
- Prior experience managing or advising publicly listed companies is highly advantageous.
- Experience in senior financial roles, such as CFO, particularly within a global BPO or business services organization, is a plus.

- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results within budget.

- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to the company's mission and values.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
