Job Title:Associate Director - Talent Acquisition(BPO/ITES)
Job Summary:
- The Associate Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for creating and implementing the recruitment strategy for the company's professional and enterprise services functions.
- This role involves sourcing, assessing, and selecting talent at all levels. As a key advisor to leadership, the Director will focus on driving diversity in talent acquisition and ensuring the company can attract the best talent through effective recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to identify staffing needs and oversee recruitment processes.
- Work with business units and HR teams to align diversity and talent strategies with company goals.
- Develop annual recruiting plans using a variety of channels (events, social media, university recruitment, third-party agencies, etc.).
- Create competitive recruitment strategies, manage internship programs, and explore new tech to attract top talent.
- Continuously improve recruitment methods and tools to identify, assess, and select high-quality candidates.
- Use data and analytics to measure and optimize the recruitment process, tracking key performance metrics.
- Review and improve the recruitment process and resources to ensure efficiency and high-quality outcomes.
- Lead the development of the company's employer brand to attract both internal and external talent.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and recommend best practices to enhance sourcing and recruitment efforts.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition leadership, ideally in a fast-paced global environment.
- Experience recruiting for finance, legal, and professional services roles is preferred.
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.
- Experience with workforce planning, vendor management, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Expertise in recruitment technologies and strategies, including employer branding.
- Knowledge of selection assessments and legal requirements related to hiring.
- Familiarity with global relocation policies is a plus.
