Program Management Lead - Agile Methodologies (18-20 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Program Management Lead with 18-20 years of experience to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of key programs across the organization. This strategic leadership role focuses on establishing best practices, optimizing resources, and ensuring business alignment. You will work closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective program delivery. Additionally, you will mentor and develop program managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while driving strategic opportunities with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Strategy & Governance :

- Define and implement a program management strategy aligned with business goals.

- Establish governance frameworks, policies, and standardized processes for efficient execution.

- Set and track KPIs to ensure program success.

Leadership & Team Development :

- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of project and program managers.

- Build a collaborative, high-performance culture with open communication and accountability.

- Conduct performance reviews, goal-setting, and training for continuous team growth.

Program Planning & Execution :

- Oversee planning, scheduling, and budgeting for multiple programs, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and challenges to keep projects on track.

- Communicate program objectives, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication :

- Develop strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and executive leadership.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, challenges, and results.

- Present regular reports and dashboards for program visibility.

- Manage presales engagements and systems integrator service offerings.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 18-20 years of experience in program and project management.

- AWS, Cloud, core Java, APIs, Restful, Hibernate

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and iterative development methodologies.

- Expertise in development processes, quality, and testing best practices.

- Proven leadership in people development, coaching, and motivation.

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (MS Project is a plus).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
