Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee IT SaaS product development.

This role involves managing project timelines, resources, and budgets while coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvements.

The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure that project goals are met.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects.

- Define and manage project scope, timelines, and resources.

- Utilize Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional project management practices.

- Prepare and distribute progress reports, manage risks, and correct deviations.

- Support product owners in stakeholder communications and project governance.

- Teach and coach the adoption of Agile practices.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).

- Understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in risk management, budget and resource management, and change management.

Qualifications :

- 12+ years of project management experience with a focus on Agile methodologies.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT or SaaS industry.

- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

- Strong customer focus and adaptability to changing project requirements.

- Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.
