Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and manage complex programs across diverse domains, ensuring successful execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Program and Project Management :
- Lead end-to-end program lifecycle management using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Develop strategic roadmaps, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Handle scope, risks, and dependencies while maintaining timelines and deliverables.
Technical Expertise :
- Manage infrastructure projects involving cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Drive adoption of technical best practices, ensuring systems reliability and scalability.
Stakeholder and Team Collaboration :
- Work closely with product owners, engineers, and external vendors to define project goals and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across global locations.
- Regularly communicate progress to stakeholders, addressing challenges and managing expectations.
Process Improvement and Reporting :
- Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and automating processes.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor program performance and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
Compliance and Security :
- Ensure programs comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR) and internal security policies.
- Manage external and internal audits, including risk assessments and remediation efforts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
- Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or AWS Cloud Practitioner are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages (Java, Python) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Wrike).
- Familiarity with cloud services, API integration, and containerized applications.
Preferred Skills :
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing high-volume customer-facing websites or applications.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
