About the Role:

Were hiring a DevOps Engineer to play a key role in enabling automation, scalability, and reliability across our technology infrastructure. As part of our engineering team, youll contribute to streamlining deployments, implementing best practices in DevOps, and ensuring the resilience of systems that power mission-critical educational platforms used globally.If you're someone who enjoys working on scalable systems, thrives on optimizing infrastructure, and wants to work on meaningful challenges in a product-centric environment, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
• Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools.
• Work on containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (Helm experience is a plus).
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth, automated release cycles.
• Support platform scaling, availability, and performance in hybrid cloud environments (AWS/OCI).
• Set up observability systems and manage monitoring stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and contribute to platform reliability and uptime.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts for cost optimization, automation, and security.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of DevOps experience in product or platform-based environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of system monitoring, log analysis, and alert management tools.
• Exposure or curiosity in leveraging LLMs or ML-based tools (e.g., Dynatrace Davis, Datadog Watchdog) for log analysis or anomaly detection.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
• A mindset that embraces automation, simplicity, and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with distributed systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Airflow, etc.).
• Background in incident management, cost monitoring, or cloud security.
• Exposure to scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
