We are seeking an experienced Workato Developer to join our dynamic team and work with an American client.

Key Responsibilities :

Workato Development & Integration :

- Design, develop, and deploy Workato recipes for system integrations.

- Work with REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and authentication protocols (OAuth, API Keys).

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Workato integrations.

Business Process Automation :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to automate workflows using Workato.

- Optimize business processes by integrating various enterprise systems.

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of automation solutions.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work directly with an American client, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Workato.

- Provide training, documentation, and best practices for integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience, with 1-2+ years of Workato development experience.

- Workato recipe building, API integrations, and automation workflows.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.

- Experience with enterprise applications and systems integration.

- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or Groovy) is a plus.

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

- Comfortable working with international clients and explaining technical concepts.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

- Fast learner and highly adaptable.

Preffered Qualifications :

- Workato Certification (Automation Pro I & II preferred).

- Experience with other iPaaS tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, Tray.io, Zapier, etc.

- Prior experience working with global clients.
