What We're Looking For :

A Senior IBMi Developer who will :

- Take charge of maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing our customized IBMi AS/400 environment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

- Drive modernization initiatives, integrating contemporary tools and APIs.

What You'll Do :

- Manage and support day-to-day IBMi operations.

- Develop, enhance, and customize applications using RPG IV, CLLE, SQL/400, and DB2.

- Optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration with external applications.

- Lead code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.

- Prepare documentation and workflows for current and future projects.

Skills You'll Bring :

- 4+ years in IBMi AS/400 development and maintenance.

- Strong expertise in RPG IV, CLLE, SQL/400, and DB2.

- Experience resolving complex issues within IBMi environments.

- Knowledge of APIs and integration tools.

- Stellar communication, teamwork, and analytical abilities.

Bonus Points If You Have :

- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in BFSI, Retail, or Manufacturing domains.
