We work in both Service and Product domain Service domain, we operate out for Website Development, Digital Marketing, Cross platform development, Mobile Applications, Information Security and Infrastructural projects across the globe In Product domain, we have a holistic comprehensive ERP platform called as Creatrix Campus for Higher Education domain which caters to the entire life cycle of Students, Faculties and Institutional Development plans as per the regulatory bodies.

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced C++ Developers to join our development team, focusing on the expansion and enhancement of our online payment, switching, and clearing systems. This role requires a strong background in software development, a keen analytical mindset for problem-solving, and in-depth knowledge of Oracle databases. Successful candidates will work within a Linux server environment, developing high-performance software that is critical to our payment processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain C++ applications within our payment product ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with our architectural team to implement robust, scalable solutions for online payment processing, including switching and clearing functionalities.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications sitting as binaries on Linux servers.
• Work within Agile Scrum methodologies, actively participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Apply a problem-solving approach to tackle complex challenges in software development and system integration.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and the adoption of best practices.

Technical Requirements:

• 5 + Years of experience in C++ development, specifically with a focus on backend systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle databases and their integration with C++ applications.
• Proven experience in developing applications for Linux server environments.
• Strong understanding of online payment systems, with particular emphasis on switching and clearing mechanisms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and a commitment to agile principles.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal.
