Job Summary:

As a Data Import Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration

of data into our systems, supporting our data-driven decision-making processes.

Collaborating closely with team members and clients, you will validate, clean, and

troubleshoot data to ensure it meets organizational standards. This role is ideal for individuals

with a background in Business Analysis, particularly in the educational software sector, with

1 to 1.5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in client discussions to understand specific data requirements and

provide guidance on data import processes.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve data-related

queries.

• Perform preliminary analysis of provided data to identify inconsistencies or

gaps.

• Validate the completeness and structure of data before initiating the import

process.

• Import data from various sources (e.g., Excel, CSV) into internal systems or

databases.

• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to

standards.

• Conduct thorough quality checks to verify the successful and accurate import

of data.

• Identify gaps, errors, or inconsistencies in the provided data and recommend

solutions.

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any data-related

issues during the import process.

• Maintain clear and concise documentation of data import workflows,

validation processes, and issues resolved.

• Provide regular updates on progress and flag potential risks to the appropriate

stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business

Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency with data import tools and software (e.g., Excel, CSV).
• Basic understanding of SQL and database management is a plus.
• 1 to 1.5 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in the educational

software domain.

• Previous exposure to data processing and quality assurance workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new

challenges.
