Lansa Developer with MNC Client

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Strong experience (5-10 years) on LANSA for IBM iSeries system (must have).

2. Experience on Visual LANSA for IBM iSeries system (must have).

3. Good to have AS400, RPG, CL, DB2400 for IBM iSeries system.

4. Experience in LANSA for iSeries is mandatory.

5. Should have Good analytical, conceptual, problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and identify appropriate solutions.

6. Experience with application maintenance, support, enhancement and development projects.

7. Willing to work on US/UK shifts if required.

8. Experience with ITIL tools like Jira, Aldon and change management tools e.g. Change Master is preferred.

9. Knowledge on AS400 concepts and programming is preferred.

10. Should have good oral and written communication skills

11. Experience of working directly and liaising with customers.

- Able to identify problems and help and guide the team to deliver efficient and effective solutions even beyond own tasks.

- Should be able to perform Planning, designing & estimate

- Should be able to prioritize work for self & team and handle support tickets & regular tasks (L3)

appropriately

- Must have 5 + years of experience in both support and enhancement & maintenance work

- Need to have professional Support & development experience in support, design and programming

with AS400 RPG.

- Strong understanding of native RPG.

- Experience with iSeries M4 is very helpful.

- Experience with SQL, Queries, and Web Services.

- Experience with EDI.

- Experience with ShowcaseReport Writer preferred

- Experience with RPGLECLE and Lansa for I Series.

Other Skills :

- Knowledge of JDE a plus

Experience Range :

- 5+ years on LANSA iSeries.
