Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the refinement of project management best practices in collaboration with Engineering Managers.
• Demonstrate expertise in Agile methodologies, while remaining flexible to adapt to evolving principles.
• Develop solutions that align with business objectives and enhance products for users.
• Define and execute the product roadmap.
• Manage the entire feature development cycle from concept to release.
• Prioritize backlog items based on their impact on key performance indicators (KPIs) and required effort.
• Gather requirements by engaging with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product/UI/UX Designers during solutioning and documentation phases.
• Create and maintain comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) capturing all use cases.
• Provide iterative feedback to Engineers during the implementation phase.
• Apply best practices for MVP product releases and iterative development cycles.
• Coordinate feature release plans with Marketing and Customer Support teams.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making leveraging analytics insights.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and support other Product Managers within the organization.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience working as a Product Manager with Education domain expereince
• Knowledge or experience in relevant industries such as technology and digital solutions is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Adaptable mindset and willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
