Senior Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap (3-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

We're seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to work with us on developing new features and products from idea to launch.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Product Manager will include analyzing consumer behavior and market trends, reviewing customer opinions of our goods, and identifying ways to fix the product by making it better.

Your KRAs will include the following :

- Lead the product lifecycle for our SaaS/FinTech solutions, from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations, to translate innovative ideas into scalable products.

- Utilize your expertise in SaaS/FinTech to craft product solutions that address the specific needs of our diverse user base.

- Employ data-driven approaches to understand customer behavior, optimize feature performance, and prioritize impactful product enhancements.

- Monitor and analyze product adoption, user engagement, and retention metrics; propose and implement iterations that drive product success.

- Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring both growth and user satisfaction.

- Champion growth initiatives by leading A/B testing, funnel optimization, and customer segmentation efforts to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.

- Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to ensure product features align with market needs and strategies, driving effective market entry and expansion.

- Stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape within the SaaS/FinTech sectors to maintain product competitiveness.
