Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Selenium & Robot Framework (5-10 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD, and test strategies to enhance software quality. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation frameworks, collaborating closely with development teams, and mentoring junior members to drive the success of our testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium and Robot Framework to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, enhancing the efficiency of automation integration.

- Design and execute test plans for web applications, APIs, and microservices, ensuring high-quality software releases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and QA, to define and improve testing strategies and coverage.

- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

- Contribute to the development of efficient and high-performance test automation solutions.

Must-Have Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks such as Selenium and Robot Framework.

- Strong expertise in CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

- In-depth knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools, with a focus on scalability and performance.

- Experience in testing web applications, APIs, and microservices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in Core Java and ability to write optimized and clean code.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Playwright testing tool.

- Familiarity with manual testing practices.

- Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role, guiding junior team members towards their professional growth.
